By accessing or using https://ko-myko.com (the "Site") and its affiliated services (the "Services"), operated by KO-MyKO ("KO-MyKO," "we," "us"), you ("User," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not access or use the Site or Services.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Services. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You may register an account free of charge. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. KO-MyKO is not responsible for unauthorised access to your account or resulting loss of virtual items, except where such access results directly from KO-MyKO's own gross negligence. Use of unauthorised third-party tools, exploits, bots, or automation software is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination. No financial contribution to KO-MyKO grants immunity from enforcement action for violations of these Terms.
Purchases of Knight Cash and other digital products ("Virtual Currency") are voluntary and, upon delivery, final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. An email receipt is issued upon purchase. Virtual Currency may be redeemed for in-game power-ups and cosmetic items via the Site's store - navigate to "GET KC" to load your balance. Support is available via our Discord, Facebook page, or by contacting hello[at]knightonline-myko.net; you may also reach a game master in-game by PM. Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal for a completed and delivered purchase, other than in cases of actual unauthorised card use, is treated as a material breach of these Terms and may result in suspension of the associated account pending resolution. KO-MyKO will present these Terms and relevant transaction records to the payment processor or card issuer in the event of a dispute. Any account suspension issued under these Terms is based on a documented violation of these Terms or applicable game rules - not issued in bad faith.
The following are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension or termination: use of third-party tools, bots, macros, exploits, or unauthorised modifications ("Cheating Software"); disrupting or attempting to disrupt the Services; and any other conduct that undermines fair play or the integrity of the game economy.
Where KO-MyKO's detection systems flag irregularities reasonably indicative of Cheating Software (for example, anomalous skill-casting patterns), KO-MyKO may request a remote verification session (e.g., via AnyDesk or TeamViewer) to confirm compliance with Section 5. Participation in a requested verification session is a condition of continued account access; failure or refusal to comply within a reasonable time may result in suspension. Verification requests will be limited to confirming the absence of Cheating Software and will not be used to access unrelated personal data.
Buying, selling, or trading accounts, characters, or items for real-world currency, on the Site or any third-party platform, is prohibited. Accounts or items known to have been shared, sold, purchased, or transferred outside KO-MyKO's official channels are ineligible for support or recovery in the event of compromise, unauthorised use, Virtual Currency disputes, scams, or other violations of these Terms. Any person found to have moved items or Virtual Currency out of an account without the account holder's authorisation will be permanently banned, regardless of which account(s) are involved.
Any feedback, suggestions, or other content you submit to KO-MyKO ("Submissions") is provided without expectation of confidentiality or compensation. KO-MyKO and its affiliates may use, reproduce, and adapt Submissions for any purpose without obligation to you.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise commercially exploit any part of the Site or Services without KO-MyKO's express written permission. KO-MyKO may refuse service, at its discretion, to any User whose conduct violates applicable law or these Terms, or is harmful to KO-MyKO, its community, or its affiliates.
Content on the Site contributed by other Users or third parties reflects the views of its author only. KO-MyKO does not endorse, and is not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of, any such content. You are responsible for independently evaluating any information, advice, or content obtained through the Site before relying on it.
THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. KO-MyKO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE OR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KO-MYKO AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE OR SERVICES, INCLUDING LOSS OF VIRTUAL ITEMS OR VIRTUAL CURRENCY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. WHERE APPLICABLE LAW DOES NOT PERMIT THE FOREGOING EXCLUSIONS, KO-MYKO'S TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT SUCH LAW PERMITS.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KO-MyKO and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.
KO-MyKO respects your privacy and takes reasonable steps to protect the account and usage data associated with your use of the Site and Services. In cases of suspected fraud, chargebacks, payment abuse, or other serious violations of these Terms, KO-MyKO may share relevant account, transaction, and usage information with payment processors, fraud-prevention services, and legal authorities, where necessary and permitted by law.
KO-MyKO may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services, without notice, for conduct that KO-MyKO reasonably believes violates these Terms. KO-MyKO may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
KO-MyKO may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site or Services after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable European law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. KO-MyKO's failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and KO-MyKO regarding the Site and Services and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject matter. You may not assign these Terms; KO-MyKO may assign them freely in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
